Yes it's worth it you can reasonably build 2 pounds more muscle a year with it

Thanks man, i’ll check it out. i’m on a cut but it’s gone too far, i lose about 5kg a week currently due to disease so after i get that dealt with i’m gonna need to bulk up again 😅

So not even for water retention? I’ve been working out hellas lately but my water retention just isn’t there, i drink almost 128oz a day but the definition isn’t there, anything i should do about that?

Creative should create water retention on its own. Why are you looking for water retention in general? just curious. I didn't think water retention provides definition in the first place, just possible bulk volume. You can tell easily if you are hydrated or not and if you think you need to retain it maybe get some natural salt for your diet, not the processed stuff but that is provided you prepare all your food from scratch already:)

creatine is worth it. It's the most researched supplements on the planet. You will definitely look bigger and you already get it from food but you would have to eat a lot of it just to get 5g of creatine (you would have to eat 2lb of steak) creatine is a must for me for working out. I recommend Jocko creatine powder its cheapest per ounce and really good quality the container also looks cool. don't get flavored and make sure its monohydrate PLEASE!
