4. Repeat Infringer Policy

soj.ooO has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others. If we receive multiple DMCA takedown notices from copyright holders regarding a particular user's content, we may terminate that user's access to the Platform.

5. Limitations of Liability

soj.ooO is not liable for any content posted by users. We are a neutral service provider that hosts user-generated content and provide a forum for discussion. Under the DMCA, we are not required to actively monitor the content posted on our Platform. However, upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we are required to act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing content.

We are also not liable for any damages that result from the removal of content in response to a DMCA notice. Users who believe their content has been improperly removed or disabled should use the counter-notice procedure described above.

6. Protection of User Rights

While we comply with the DMCA requirements, we are committed to protecting our users' rights to free expression. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that content is not removed without a valid legal reason.
