First, tha Bacha Bazi thing is tribal and has nothing to do with Islam a little quick search in the Quran will reveal that homosexuality is forbidden. And There's this hadith:  
"May God curse the men who imitate women and the women who imitate men."  
لعن الله المتشبهين من الرجال بالنساء، والمتشبهات من النساء بالرجال  
That depravity in Afghanistan, and let me be precise the practice was limited to places where state power is non existent between melitia commanders. Who created that power vaccum? US intervention.  
  
Where in Afghanistan Was Bacha Bazi Most Prevalent?

Northern &amp; Western Afghanistan

Kunduz, Balkh (Mazar-e-Sharif), Faryab, and Badakhshan: These regions had reports of Bacha Bazi being practiced, especially among former militia commanders and wealthy elites.

Herat: Some cases were linked to powerful local figures.

Southern Afghanistan

Kandahar &amp; Helmand: Though less common than in the north, there were instances tied to certain military and police officials during the pre-Taliban republic (2001–2021).

Urban Centers &amp; Military Compounds

Kabul: Some reports implicated Afghan security forces and private parties hosted by elites.

Military and Police Bases: During the US-backed government, some Afghan commanders and officials were accused of keeping "dancing boys."

Current Status Under the Taliban

Since retaking power in 2021, the Taliban have publicly denounced Bacha Bazi and claim to punish perpetrators under Sharia law. However, reports suggest the practice persists clandestinely in some areas, particularly where Taliban enforcement is weak or local commanders turn a blind eye.

Important Notes:

Bacha Bazi is not a cultural tradition but a crime (under Afghan law and Islam).

It thrived in power vacuums where armed groups faced no accountability.

Stabbing happens all over the world, China have strict gun laws but stabbings happen from time to time. Now, The question is: Why we don't see that many stabbings in the Muslim world?

If it was up to me, I'll cut ties with all western countries, live and let live. No commerce between us, no oil, no ressources, no power, no minerals...absolutely nothing at all. There's absolutely nothing you produce that we can't get from somewhere else. Actually you don't produce anything, everything is Chinese or Vietnamese or Thai...  
I am for a total breakout between the west and the global south. So your "superior" depravation doesn't infect us.

unrealistic perspective. It may be good for a scifi dystopian movie but in reality, Russia+China doesn't like the US, and the US is not liked anywhere in the world.  
Its known that Putin in his early days threatened the oligarchs and Russian mafia, either you roll with the state or the state will roll your heads. China gave a similar ultimatum to the Triads. Having those gangs playing on the streets freely without check would have been an opportunity for US interference.  
The latest meeting between Wang Yi and Putin and then Wang Yi and Lavrov and the outcome of those meetings confirm the laser focusing of the group on dismantling the US system of dominance and control via the BRICS bloc.  
  
Apart from that, I don't think for a second that they will hide their plan from the population because they are afraid and thus they are "distracting" you from the "Real deal". They are not afraid of anything but their peers. And we, the populace, aren't their peers. Let's imagine your theory is correct, and tomorrow the elites will say that's the plan. What will be happening according to you? Demonstrations in the US? Riots? NOTING AT ALL will happen. Most people are so lobotomized by life hardship that they will not give a damn. Right now there's a massive crackdown on free speech in all the west. What is the resistance to that? Nothing but few lonely voices on youtube here and there.  
  
Besides, world depopulation doesn't need any wars or physical diseases . Starting from 2070 a population decline is expected. There are already record low fertility rates all over the west and in China. North Africa also is following with its dropping fertility rates. The only people who are still having babies are sub-sahara Africans.

Good point, it predates Islam and one of the principal feuds between early Muslims and the Quraichis (dominant tribe on Mecca) was the status of the slaves.   
These hatiths clearly pissed them off at that time:  
لا فضلَ لعربيٍّ على عجميٍّ ، ولا لعجميٍّ على عربيٍّ ، ولا لأبيضَ على أسودَ ، ولا لأسودَ على أبيضَ - : إلَّا بالتَّقوَى ، النَّاسُ من آدمَ ، وآدمُ من ترابٍ

And This one:  
"O people! Your Lord is one. Indeed, there is no superiority for an Arab over a non-Arab, nor for a non-Arab over an Arab; neither for a red-skinned over a black-skinned, nor for a black-skinned over a red-skinned—except by righteousness. Verily, the most noble among you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous."  
  
The prophet goes even farther into refusing discrimination by family lineage, you know...those who say you know who I am? or You know is is my father? You know who is my family? as a threat to anyone challenging them.  
"Let those who boast of their forefathers—who are now dead—desist, for they are nothing but fuel for Hellfire. Otherwise, they will be more insignificant to Allah than the beetle that rolls dung with its nose. Indeed, Allah has stripped you of the arrogance of ignorance and its pride in ancestry. There is only a pious believer and a wicked sinner. All people are children of Adam, and Adam was created from dust."

The Quran takes a more general approach into addressing the issue. It doesn't look at it from a race perspective per say, it looks at all humans as one core divided by people's traditions and tribes and the only way God is going to sperate us is by righteousness:  
  
"O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." Al-Hujurat 49:13
