unrealistic perspective. It may be good for a scifi dystopian movie but in reality, Russia+China doesn't like the US, and the US is not liked anywhere in the world. Its known that Putin in his early days threatened the oligarchs and Russian mafia, either you roll with the state or the state will roll your heads. China gave a similar ultimatum to the Triads. Having those gangs playing on the streets freely without check would have been an opportunity for US interference. The latest meeting between Wang Yi and Putin and then Wang Yi and Lavrov and the outcome of those meetings confirm the laser focusing of the group on dismantling the US system of dominance and control via the BRICS bloc. Apart from that, I don't think for a second that they will hide their plan from the population because they are afraid and thus they are "distracting" you from the "Real deal". They are not afraid of anything but their peers. And we, the populace, aren't their peers. Let's imagine your theory is correct, and tomorrow the elites will say that's the plan. What will be happening according to you? Demonstrations in the US? Riots? NOTING AT ALL will happen. Most people are so lobotomized by life hardship that they will not give a damn. Right now there's a massive crackdown on free speech in all the west. What is the resistance to that? Nothing but few lonely voices on youtube here and there. Besides, world depopulation doesn't need any wars or physical diseases . Starting from 2070 a population decline is expected. There are already record low fertility rates all over the west and in China. North Africa also is following with its dropping fertility rates. The only people who are still having babies are sub-sahara Africans. Many countries right now are facing population crisis and aging populations like Germany, Italy, Canada, England

Perhaps from your perspective it may seem like a "unrealistic perspective". However I did not arrive at this conclusion overnight. I suggest you do some of your own research into China. Particularly Mao and his schooling prior to. Also look into the longest running Finance Minister of the CCP.

Sadly, their Proof of Concept is tried and tested- Pandemic Lockdowns, IRS Stimulus etc. Only a few of the many are not likely to do this all over again.
