It's a public forum, anyone can open soj.ooo and look at every post available, being monitored or not is just a matter of where does the attention is pointed towards, anyone can do it the difference is the method that is being used, for example every morning i can open your profile and read every post &amp; comment that you write and that can be classified as me monitoring you, the subject is you, the parameter is your post &amp; comment on soj.ooo, the frequency is every morning, and the method that i use is manually(classic stalker method). There is a way to automate the process that i just describe using bot so that i can increase the number of subjects and frequency, so i can program a bot to monitor the activity of 100 accounts on soj.ooo every 5 minutes and compile their data to my data banks, i can also change the subject from user accounts to maybe Pochas posts &amp; comments or maybe certain keyword.  
  
(i haven't test soj.ooo liability for this kind of bot activity tho, maybe one day if i got bored and have too many free times on my hand i might do it)
