Get a tennis ball, or something similar. Place it between the problem area and the wall. Press yourself against the ball and roll it around the problem area. If you want to really dig in you can use a baseball or they make harder similarly sized balls specifically for this purpose. And as always, the key to relieving back pain, is always core strength.

1) Don't stretch before you workout or after, do it on rest days. 2) Sleep! It's how your body recovers. As far as injury repair... no medical professional is going to recommend BPC-157 and T-500... and I'm not either \[for legal purposes\] and I STRONGLY urge you to **NOT** look into this "Wolverine Mix". 500 mcg, 5 days on 2 days off. DON'T DO IT!!!

 Start doing more exercises for the core If you have a swimming pool or access to one try hrdro resistance training. Much much better than lifting weights. Also youtube has lots of videos to show you what you can do in a situation like yours. Recover well god bless
