Get a tennis ball, or something similar. Place it between the problem area and the wall. Press yourself against the ball and roll it around the problem area. If you want to really dig in you can use a baseball or they make harder similarly sized balls specifically for this purpose. And as always, the key to relieving back pain, is always core strength.
