1) Don't stretch before you workout or after, do it on rest days. 2) Sleep! It's how your body recovers. As far as injury repair... no medical professional is going to recommend BPC-157 and T-500... and I'm not either \[for legal purposes\] and I STRONGLY urge you to **NOT** look into this "Wolverine Mix". 500 mcg, 5 days on 2 days off. DON'T DO IT!!!
