Had to look this stuff up—interesting! 1\. The "left hand path" and "right hand path" are terms used in Western esotericism to describe different approaches to occult practices. Left Hand Path (LHP): Focus: Individualization, self-deification, rejecting dogma and conventions. Approach: Breaking taboos and abandoning set morality for personal gain or esoteric knowledge. Practices: Often associated with darker or destructive magic, and working with spirits, deities, or demons to achieve goals. Goal: To become a god oneself, achieving a divine level of power over one's life. Right Hand Path (RHP): Focus: Adhering to ethical codes and social conventions, spiritual growth, and benefit of others. Approach: Following moral systems (e.g., "harm none"), practicing "white magic" for the good of others, and emphasizing community. Practices: Working with gods, angels, and other higher powers, often for healing and protection. Goal: Achieving "death of the ego" and unification with the divine, or a higher power. 2\. I think, if I’m not mistaken, this is about power. Magic or the occult is about empowering the self for one’s benefit. I’m a Christian so perhaps my perspective isn’t clear but it seems that magic comes from “Do what thou wilt,” and stems from a self-centered desire for life’s luxuries. Contrast that with prayer. Prayer is about power too but not my own. When I pray, I pray for God’s will to be done. Sometimes, that means I suffer. Sometimes, when I pray, I get what I want and it’s destructive. I pray for courage and all of a sudden scary things happen. I pray for patience and then I’m overwhelmed with annoyances. Sometimes I pray and I don’t get what I want. Most of the time, I don’t get what I want and that leads to the death of my ego. Therefore, I’m gonna have to go with RHP.
Is it intentional? If so, why do effeminate men secretly (or not so secretly) blame women for evil? Also, and a bit of a sidetrack, where do masculine and feminine archetypes come from?
I think it is intentional. Done deliberately to keep the masses confused and anxious. It is a curious thing to see how they have demonized women from early on. Even in the Bible, they blame Eve for messing up the garden of Eden. Here is an excerpt from a book I am writing....might help open discussion. **The Garden of Eden** Eve doubted God. Good for Eve. Really. You go girl! Eve stood up to a tyrant, and not just any old tyrant, but the any and oldest tyrant…so they say. And what did God do? He kicked Eve to the curb. What a prince. All mister nice guy and forgiveness. Right? Odd that. How much convincing did it take for Eve to go against the command of God? It wasn’t like Eve went off to Trinity College, trained in Theology and then returned to the Garden of Eden with profound wisdom on the subject. **Eve** – *Hey Adam - You know, maybe you misinterpreted your original communication with God with respect to the metaphysical aspect of the apriori presuppositional axiom of submission, which is in direct conflict with the immediate application of my free will?* **Adam** – wtf? Right? It wasn’t like that. It was more like this. **Eve** – to a snake…a snake! *Can I eat from this tree?* **Snake** – Yesssssssssss. **Eve** – *I knew it!* Eats from the tree. Eve ate from the tree in direct defiance of what Adam told her about God. She had Adam eat from the tree. Adam ate from the tree to please Eve, in direct defiance of his God. Eve was pleased. Eve said good riddance to God and took her boyfriend with her. The rest is history, his story…so to say. Now it is time for Her story? Maybe, and maybe not; however, it is an interesting view into the narrative of the times. Well, I hope this provides food for thought. Peace.
Good stuff. Grammar engaged!🧩
Was that cathartic?🙂
