my feedback would be: Separate this into 2 different video series. 1 Eikonics for health and body control 2 Eikonics for Golf Golf is kind of niche, and I think what you are doing applies to a lot more than just golf. You may catch more flys with a larger net and more honey. I think a lot of people would be interested in being able to do what you just did with your arms there. And a tutorial series for beginners on how to get into controlling the individual muscles would be cool. Also needs some close ups, and consideration for lighting so it shows up well on video. But you already have a pretty nice set up going.

Appreciate this feedback...greatly. And I agree with your thoughts....two separate video series would be best. Golf is great, but it would be much easier to teach Golf if I could first teach people Eikonics as a unique pattern, and then use that to apply it to the golf swing. Eikonics is a universally applicable pattern...will work with all sports all exercise. It just so happened that one of the fundamental patterns in Eikonics is also a fundamental pattern in Golf....odd that....but was immensely captivating to me when I 'found' that pattern. I agree that teaching people how to move and use their arms would be ideal. This would require good video captures, as you mentioned, which I have not been able to do just yet. Not surprising to me....is how much talent some people have with video capture and video production skills. I hope to find others who have that skill. Two things that have delayed this process....wearing a shirt covers the intricate movements that allow others to see the 'real magic' of what is going on. The other is that I am not a fitness influencer, at all, and not interested in being an influencer....but I can see the value of popular attention in generating a revenue. To that end, I am a bit overweight....stomach fat....that I tell myself, lol, is necessary for me to continue growing connective tissue. If I get to thin, ripped abs, I also get a weakened immune system...and it is not subtle. Skin rashes, colds, loss of sleep, anxious....things like that. So, while I would love to show others how this works, I am a bit apprehensive that when they see that I am not perfect, they can easily discredit the pattern altogether? I am not really shy, just not at all interested in public attention...especially if it doesn't lend to the potential of making an income for a good many people...not just me. By this I mean, I can generate just enough income to live by doing my own thing...teaching golf lessons. But I am inspired by turning my body into something that can represent a pattern that many others will want to emulate...even pay for. This will require excellent video captures and production. And here we are. My apologies for the long post. Cheers brother.

Atkins diet, with yogurt, a lot of olive oil? Hello Hyokkim, Well, I got a good laugh from some of your ideas. What about sex? Good question. It is great for sex, but that is more metaphysical than physical for me at this point in time. Celibate for over 10 years now. Where does the time go. So not too sure how that will play out with the Gigolo idea...but I love it....maybe I could live vicariously through this character. 🤣 We have been wondering how to monetize this adventure....perhaps an onlyfans page is required? 😂 My diet is actually pretty good, and I use oils internally and topically. Works really well. I am not too thin, but not too much body fat now either. Something has changed in my physiology in the past week or so, and looking quite a bit better....motivating. As this pattern grows now, my body grows and uses up the extra mass...which is good. Peace.

I am also more convinced of eating protein, carbs separately. My body digest food better that way. I am not afraid of fat; too many people think fat makes fat; NOT. It's excess carb that makes one fat. I used to do long distance bicycle riding, 16 miles a day, 5 days a week for about 8 months, even through multiple big hills. I passed out a couple times at first, puked for the first 3 weeks when climbing the hills. I could and had to eat half a dozen donuts, stacks of pancakes every day! Otherwise, I was hitting the wall, and I was starting to get the definition of washboard abs. I stopped due to an injury after a bad wipeout. Now, I eat selectively. I eat carbs when I am hungry in my belly and dizzy in my brain. I eat protein, especially red meat, when I feel empty in my brain, but full in stomach. And I am not gaining fat, but losing fat, without losing muscle. ''So not too sure how that will play out with the Gigolo idea...but I love it....maybe I could live vicariously through this character.'' In my story, the gigolo used to be something else. One day, he takes his friend to a planet that is slowly disintegrating to do something. His friend tries to do something that makes him ashamed. His friend later will become the hero of the story. It's going to be very controversial.

And that is very human and understandable. Even if you were "Perfect" in a sense, which is impossible anyways. You will still find haters. Not everything is going to be for everyone. If you enjoy it, you will eventually attract the audience it's intended for. As per the average human being, and how they look these days. I think you look pretty jacked especially for your age, which is impressive. No homo of course. In the end if you are worried how people will perceive what you do, than nothing will be done. To control someone else's thoughts isn't in our capabilities.

Sure @Logical...if you are just going to be reasonable about this, then there is no arguing with you. 🤣 Making good points...all. Really appreciate your take on this as well. Seems like a good idea to at least have a good understanding of perspective...and the impossible nature of universal approval. Feeling pretty good right now about all this. I mentioned before how I was hoping on 420, some entity would arrive. It didn't. But now one seems to be making an appearance....and she's hot...hot I tell ya! Her name is Asha...goddess of Hope and Novelty. I think she will appeal to the feminine most, but Ash, her masculine counterpart, is good to let others take credit...not so important to the masculine. I find it interesting that I am okay with believing in my internal gods, yet somehow weirdly bothered by internet trolls of the future. Odd that. I will be making more videos soon...and more often. I just think if it makes you happy. Go for it bro. Who cares what they will think. You are sharing your time with us for free and making content people can consume if they please. And I appreciate people who do stuff like that. You never know, maybe 4 years down the road, someone finds your video and it inspires them.

I've always wondered if flexing actually helps work the muscle out. When I worked at a desk I found myself trying to flex my calves and legs all day sitting down.

Yeah...it does. Flexing is way underrated as a habit. There are some specific patterns one can follow to increase the flow of connective tissue, fascia, in our body. Like inside we are a bag of liquid and we can use our bones as levers to pull/push, compress, lift, float...etc... But instead of just flexing our bicep for example, we can learn to communicate with our humerus bone...and it will teach us how to move/grow the connective tissue, fascia, in our upper arm. Something like that. I make the joke to myself daily that I am in good humored company when I am in communication with my humerus bones.
