I voted for Trump. Never once was I super excited about him though.  I really didn't want Kamala in and the economy seemed better under his leadership last time. I will say, I have very quickly come to regret that decision.  I would rather have abstained from voting.  His push against the judicial branch and the right cheering for it has been frightening.  The vitriol Trump and Musk fomented against federal employees was very disappointing.  Not all federal employees are overpaid bureaucrats in DC, many are blue collar and even voted for him.  The games he played with the Epstein list and giving a stupid binder full of nothing to a group of conservative influencers was a slap in the face to every person that voted for him.  The push for war after claiming to be the peace candidate was a major flipflop.   The Trump Gaza video he posted showing Gaza as a Trump resort with a giant golden Trump statue in the middle of was very reminiscent of Nebuchadnezzar and just sealed the deal for me.  Between Trump and Musk I think we are heading straight into a technocrat authoritarian dystopia.
