Those were *your* arguments. I told you already that we have too large of an un-integrated population. How do you plan to integrate a population that is isolated in its own culture on our own soil? What percentage of the population do you think integrates over what period of time? Basically, we're growing foreign populations in our country and they're staying formed in their large communities and not integrating. There's also the portion that grows up with their unintegrated parents, then goes to American schools, and doesn't feel fully connected to either side. These people always end up Leftist, which gives the young person a cause to feel connected and righteous. I'm not against immigration in general, strictly controlled immigration is the ideal kind of immigration, but we can't get rid of them all, you're right, we have to let them integrate, and we can't keep pumping more in while that's happening or we'll continue to slow down the rate of integration.

Those weren't my arguments but whatever. I think this immigrant states it well here: I think these types of tests, like returning the shopping cart, petty theft, are key traits of assimilation and are things we should focus on. To restore a high trust society is the goal. The pot has already been melted, most of our issues in this country come from straying from the norms, and societal expectations. Making excuses for bad behavior because of skin color. These people use the SAARS for their personal gain, and they view this all as a game they are playing. I'm pro legal immigration, but also pro deportation, There has been too much of making excuses for people purposefully intending to take advantage of their neighbors for too long. This is why I support more prevention rather than a cure. If we had a more comprehensive immigration system than functioned properly, and had secure borders with 0% illegal immigration. I think we would be on the right path, but thats just my opinion.
