Not a bad idea... but down the line i can imagine people complaining about mc Donald's employees out voting say engineers, and doctors, who knows lol. Greasy politicians would probably create retarded jobs for retarded people just to gum up the system and get votes so to speak.... feudalism perhaps? Like only land owners can have the vote? 🤷♂️

"feudalism perhaps? Like only land owners can have the vote? 🤷♂️" There was no real voting in feudalism.

Lets play with the example: To make a burger you need heat, cooling, inventory management, payment processing and someone to flip it. It's nice to put some walls and a roof with it. It is safe to stop pretending they are not doing the work. The laborer wants good salaries, good training, good quality food, high standards and cheap burgers. Everything else can be cut down. Configure minimum wage, maximum burger price, require good training and fight real-estate rent seeking. It could just be that the manager has to be replaced by surprise inspections. If you are fucking around with peoples food we can fine you handsomely or even put you in prison. Sounds strange but you don't need someone to keep telling you to do your job while we wait for people to die. An extra big carrot and an extra big stick and people suddenly mature and do a great job. The Romans already sold hamburgers, there is nothing new to invent.
