You would buy the tokens from the website. Tokens are basically just your "Votes" votes on proposals for changes to the website. Such as if we add blocking, or if we add a new feature, or hire someone to fix a bug. Going forward the process of changing things on the website is all going to be dealt with by people spending their tokens voting for changes.

No I haven't seen anything about access, the site I think is always been envisioned to be open and free to everyone.
