I agree…to a point. I know we don’t always agree on spiritual issues but from my Christian perspective, my firm foundation that allows me to endure from day to day, to overcome anything, I hold fast to what I’m promised. Some things in life don’t have to be fleeting. Some things are meant to stay. When God gives, he gives freely and without strings. He doesn’t revoke his gifts. He doesn’t dangle them in front of me like a carrot to manipulate me to do things. He wants to give me gifts because he loves me—and for no other reason. Once he gives, he doesn’t take it away. And I find comfort in that. What’s mine is mine and if it’s not mine, I expect it to be fleeting. I expect certain people, places, and things to be in my life for a season. Other things are meant to be mine forever. ❤️

Well, so my advice for that statement is that you don't know what God does or doesn't do or for what reason. Expecting your god to always be the same when in the Bible it shows your god does many things for many different reasons. Don't think you are above being tested like Job. But anyway!!! Have an enjoyable day. Its 97degrees in south Georgia today, I'm sure you are scorching in Texas!

Nothing is meant to be yours for forever. We are finite beings. Enjoy it while it lasts. Change happens when you least expect it or want it. God doesn't want to give you gifts because god loves you. If god loved you, it wouldn't threaten eternity in hell for you being a finite soul. If god gives you free will then it would understand what free will is and then not judge based upon that. It is shown many times in the bible that god kills humans for practicing free will. Does your god judge people on the planet or in death? If your god kills people, they may have been able to go down a better path later in life if your god hadn't have killed them. Sodom and Gomorrah comes to mind. Can't have it both ways. Either free will exists or it doesn't. If we don't have free will and are just drones, what is the point of your god and the games it plays with itself? If we do have free will, well then let humans have free will and don't get upset at them about having orgies and then kill them. BTW, not a fan of the orgies, that is kinda weird to me. Yes, I don't think we will agree on the "god" thing. Its beyond my comprehension to think there is such a being.
