I have used philosophy to get past these emotions I have and still have. I do struggle daily with being a human and figuring it all out. I have found Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, Jung, Machiavelli and Alan Watts to be great thinkers who have helped pave a road to travel down. The road isn't easy but they have laid the foundations for you to build upon. I really like some Alan Watts and just let it play in the background to have words of wisdom and peace playing instead of all the noise of today.
