Yes go ahead and use my questions in your pocha I do not mind. I would offer you my 2 cents. I don't think your biggest obstacle is **Mexico**, or peoples *fear of living in Mexico*. But peoples fear of you. There are countless good and very bad examples of utopian communes. *"The road to hell is paved with good intentions"* - unknown *"The road to utopia is paved with bad intentions"* - Ian Clarity While I think your goal is honorable. It seems like it's still locking people into the Matrix, maybe just with better weather. You bring up that food is cheap where you live. But If I hypothetically uproot my family and move to Mexico. I will have to stop working in the USA and Start working in Mexico. Meaning I will now be earning pesos. Unless someone is coming with great net worth they could retire on. But then you are speaking to a very small group of people. And If I had the net worth to do so, What benefit do I gain from you and your community? Sure there is remote work, but good enjoyable remote work is often hard to find, especially if you are not just remote but living out of country.

Thanks again for the reply. The benefit is the safety and security. A prepaid retirement for people who fear they will never be able to do so. While being outside of the societal collapse that has been happening for at least a decade and watching from a distance. And that collapse is happening now, and even excluding what economic collapse or worse may be to come. It's an insurance policy on life and a permanent vacation, where the entertainment and good times will never run out. It's an opportunity to not only survive the future but to thrive and enjoy every day. And that's why I mention private property. If someone chose to live in the community and rarely if ever interact with the others, that would be their business. Food is cheap and thats not including the on site farm any owner would have full rights to. They would just have life sustaining options available to them daily and year round and forever. That's why its a prepaid retirement because after development it would provide anything needed while having endless additional options available as well. You mention great wealth needed to retire on. That's my point exactly. This is retirement for people without great wealth, with the same benefits that great wealth would provide. As I mentioned, it's not for someone expecting to earn their full income here. A paycheck to paycheck person or family would have to save significantly before making such a drastic change, even as cheap as it is. Remote work is hard to find. It took me years to earn the right to work abroad. This plan is for people who have some type of income or even better some savings, but wealth is not needed to bring this plan to fruition. This plan is most effective for someone who wants to retire in the future and has taken steps to do so, but sees the cost of it and fears the day may never come when they too can retire in comfort and gain lifes real freedom, and the tranquility they thought they were working for these years. It's not for everyone, but it does have the ability to be a real paradise for many.
