Not targeting you at all. There are risks vs benefits to almost everything and they are different for each individual. Trauma-informed therapy approaches sounds like commie double talk for therapy. If a human is ready to move on they will. If they aren't they will use the trauma as a reason why. Yes, we are doing things for the first time in life and trauma will happen to you. Please grieve and do what you need to do. Yes, there are many adverse effects of medication, they usually mention those to you and they are generally worse then the "fix". Don't take medications... The mental health system are a bunch of humans with independent thoughts listening to other humans tell them half stories about events in their life. Its a game of telephone that is monetized. I consider religion a mental health issue, humans are crazy. We look for things that aren't there. Each of us are experiencing this life for the first time. We take it all way too seriously. We are fallible.
