Would be nice, not sure what could be implemented, some type of notification that tells you some thread you participated in was removed. It sounds like they are working on a system where the mod or admin removal shows who deleted it and their reasoning why. but features take time. Good idea to point this out.

Well I wondered as I remember commenting on a post and I wanted to go back and grab my comment for another conversation and it was gone and at that time I had figured out that I had been commenting on posts from pochas that I had not joined and you know the chaos of the feed.....so I went to my profile figuring that would be the way to find it and it wasn't there either.....so, it made wonder after I saw the post/thread about wolverine deleting posts and matt or dangun talking about notifications for violations and removal....so this was more for clarification as to whether I was drawing the correct conclusions.....but, darn it, it was a really good comment.....sigh

Yeah the same thing has happened to me, you're not crazy. It's a super complicated problem though so I bet they are brainstorming. It does suck if you posted something and it disappears you might lose your train of thought or the essence of what you posted. And it also makes it hard to go back and correct yourself when you've made mistakes. Thats why they call it a beta though. Got to test these things on the road to a superior platform. Gotta be careful to post your good stuff in pochas that have good moderation

One other thing I'll add is that there is also the possibility that The post you're looking for has been archived by the moderator. So it may still be out there. I'm unsure of exactly how the archiving system works. Do archived posts also hide comments from users themselves? Or can Users still see their archived comments just not actively see or interact with the archived post? only @dangun knows
