I did work at one in high school for a summer. I do know the people who own the ones in Savannah and Pooler, my dad used to do work for them. Full disclaimer, but I don't eat their food. I do like lemonade.

I mean I do love me some fried food still, but I limit it way more than I used to.  We do have a British place in Pooler that fries food in beef tallow.
