All that stuff I listed is awful for you. I was being sarcastic by saying "its only". Seed oils are horrible for you. High fructose corn syrup is awful for you. That is what they serve, shit food. I go to wendys and only will buy Junior bacon cheeseburgers. Then I take the buns off 2 or 3 of them I buy. I eat protein, cook brownies and drink milk.

What kind of milk do you drink? Cows milk? That's not healthy either.

People have been drinking milk, eating cheese and dairy products since we domesticated animals. Its very good for you. Moderation is key to life.

Sorry, but dairy is not good for us. It's mucus forming to our bodies. https://www.ox.ac.uk/news/2022-05-06-dairy-products-linked-increased-risk-cancer https://pcrm.org/good-nutrition/nutrition-information/health-concerns-about-dairy http://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22081693

I did work at one in high school for a summer. I do know the people who own the ones in Savannah and Pooler, my dad used to do work for them. Full disclaimer, but I don't eat their food. I do like lemonade.

I mean I do love me some fried food still, but I limit it way more than I used to. We do have a British place in Pooler that fries food in beef tallow.

There was a documentary like 10 years ago that showed the tricks fast food companies use to make the food look great in commercials. And how those tricks eventually made it into the food. Doubt I'll be able to remember or find it.

Chick-fil-A is certified slop. They pressed the “make it addictive” button a long time ago.

Profiting off religious beliefs is usually corrupt and full of scammers or frauds pretending to stand for something that they know others will support them for unconditionally. It's like mega churches, just a false profit exploiting people's good will and intentions for profit
