Who will service/repair/maintain the public terminals? Can they not install devices that can track where and when a vote for certain candidate took place, and find out the person who cast the vote at that time, and at that particular location?

I guess that it's actually the case that you could know what percentage of votes went to whom in a certain district of even in a certain ballot box. But you can't really know who personally voted for who. As for the maintenance, that'd be public service logistics, like bridges, etc. I'd prefer a solution that wouldn't require public services responsibility and hardware, but I don't have a better idea right now. Maybe someone here would.
