The live stream is 24/7 upon election. Could be turned off in clearly known and controlled conditions (for military issues, etc). Could also be turned off in strictly controlled conditions for family and personal time, when we know who's present and all outside communications are monitored. Really, it's kinda like the Truman Show when you get elected and you represent the People, literally, everything you do is like all the People is with you. In this context, it's really hard to play cronyism without showing.
