Islam according to Allah and His Quran does not change. However, those who claim to be Muslims do not always 'hear and obey'. The same way we have "cultural" Jews and Christians, we also have "cultural" Muslims. It is a matter of time before Iblis who has corrupted the beliefs and practices does it again to unrecognizable levels. I would say we are already observing the corruption that will require correction (If God wills).
