Fascism you mean. Not Nazism. Rules have been made BY this administration to protect Jews, even unconstitutional ones. That is scary. This is the product of a house / senate / POTUS captured by AIPAC. I don't really agree with your reason, but I totally agree with your conclusion that Muslims (everyone for that matter) should " take care of ourselves physically, learn self-defense (martial arts + firearms), have a financial safety cushion, and familiarize ourselves with our legal rights."

Wa alykum asalam Unfortunately I live in Canada so self-defence options are very limited. The one thing I advise everyone to do for financial security is buy gold and silver, bullion is preferred. It's a good way to shelter your money from inflation. Just look at how much they've gone up in value the past year alone. Gold is expected to reach $3200 USD / oz

Coins are preferred if you don't want it taxed! I do small denominations like silver quarters, half dollars and dollar silver coins, and other countries small denomination but not modern bulk. I also do the yearly silver rounds and gold, though it counts as taxable for gold. If you buy enough silver rounds that will also count as bullion which is why I stick to historical numismatics where you are not paying much above Ag or Au spot anyway. I'm not saying bullion isn't nice. Esp. for gold where you're going to get taxed anyway. Also if things hit the fan and paper money becomes worthless, small amounts of silver are best to not have to overpay someone. Gold is the better longterm investment, though I think short-term it's silvers turn. Bitcoin is also a new digital commodity that offers protection against inflated national currencies, just don't put any money into it that you can't afford to lose!). I'm skeptical of BTC long longterm however. Quantum computing is real, so are nukes and so are solar flares (if we get something like the Carrington Event \[1859\] in this current day in age...). If the grid goes down BTC is gone whereas gold and silver are tangible assets you can own at your home and I definitely think it wise to own it rather than carry stock. As far as being in Canada. Do they allow pnuematic (air) guns? There are very lethal pneumatic guns you could possess possibly. In the US some people use them to hunt and they do the job just as well. Bulkier and more expensive though. https://www.aeaprecisionairguns.com/collections/especial-series

Pneumatic guns are allowed. You're allowed to purchase then without a firearms license, thing I'm not sure if this applies to the large calibers
