Too smart to actually read and understand the text in context, not smart enough to stop arguing about it, and completely shameless about posting internet atheist fanfiction. Am I close? Sacrifices were part of the ceremonial system, rituals that pointed forward to something greater. Christians don’t do them today because that system was fulfilled and ended with Jesus (Hebrews 10). The quarantine and isolation rules in the same chapters were practical public health measures, not magic spells. Those still make perfect sense. Professional military historians have repeatedly shown that the vast majority of wars were driven by land, resources, power, and ethnic conflict, not religion. The 20th century’s explicitly atheist regimes killed far more people in peacetime than most religious wars combined. You’re raging at a 3,000-year-old ritual you don’t understand while ignoring the actual historical record. Shameless, low-effort trolling

Yes, 3,000 year old ritual. Nothing about medicine, germs or really anything other than ancient old wives tales.

The text in context? Today, when you are sick, why don't you go see a priest and then walk around outside of your town yelling "unclean, unclean". Why don't you do that? Because its retarded? If someone told you to do that when you are sick, would you listen to them?
