Some do. Some don't. Depends on personal understanding and opinion on if the workaround method is a truly acceptable alternative. Some think that because some clerics and governments have issued edicts allowing it, it's fine now. Others see the workaround method as an attempt to find an inadequate loophole, kind of how the Israelites fished on the sabbath by laying their nets a day before and collecting them the day after. I find it funny that some belive in an all powerful all wise God and then try to outsmart God by looking for loopholes in the law.
