We all have to defend each others rights. We have to agree that we all rights. But that won't happen. These are basic principles of being a Libertarian. But religions at their premise don't allow for others to have freedoms. Humans are a tribal people, they will take away others "rights" if and when they have power. The government needs to assure that humans have rights and defend those rights, it can't take them away or grant them.

''We all have to defend each others rights. We have to agree that we all rights.'' Who is this 'we'? ''But that won't happen.'' So, how are this 'we' going to have 'rights' then? ''These are basic principles of being a Libertarian.'' Does this mean then U.S. has no rights regarding N.A. since U.S. had robbed and killed the natives? ''But religions at their premise don't allow for others to have freedoms. Humans are a tribal people, they will take away others "rights" if and when they have power.'' It doesn't even have to involve religions; it's merely one form of cover/excuse. ''The government needs to assure that humans have rights and defend those rights, it can't take them away or grant them.'' So humans need government to have and defend those rights, after all?! So humans cannot have rights without the government anyway? ''If governments or gods give humans rights then they can take them away.'' No, governments can take them away if they are strong enough, whether they granted the rights or not.
