Thank you as well good sir! Don't know if I have an idea for what a union looks like more than what is supposed to be upheld in part by the constitution. From what I understand, the 'legal structure' was changed with the creation of the federal reserve, THE UNITED STATES corporation, and the installment of social security numbers that claim to transfer us as collateral instead of sovereign beings protected by a constitutional union. That would be one of the motives with this POCHAS concept, to cultivate local points of gravity that have physical tangibility and sway; otherwise how does any one initiative gain enough traction to have consensual awareness and be enacted in opposition to such efforts from government overgrowth or mega corporate influence? There needs to be some sort of human contract similar to a constitution that is distributed and signed by most if not all of the population, expelling the current legal framework that seeks to enslave us and monetize our rights. Getting to that point of cohesion seems impossible without the smaller frameworks of structure and culture that have largely been (purposefully) destroyed or relinquished to one technological advancement or another. Thus, we POCHA!
