Fog. Water droplets in the air stops lasers...yes, maybe in the future something new will be created but currently water droplets stop lasers.

Like I had said, not if AD lasers are powerful enough, and ROK builds the most powerful laser in the world bar none, and advancing even more fast, and not only that if the fog is that dense, but one also wouldn't have to worry about drones. So, the need for more powerful AD laser than ever; ROK builds the most powerful AD laser that are compact enough to be used on mobile platform on land, on mass production basis; U.S. cannot build such a system yet, only one off custom on a ship, and ROK AD laser is already more powerful than HELOS.
