So, the need for more powerful AD laser than ever; ROK builds the most powerful AD laser that are compact enough to be used on mobile platform on land, on mass production basis; U.S. cannot build such a system yet, only one off custom on a ship, and ROK AD laser is already more powerful than HELOS.

Yes, militaries around the world are trying to build better lasers. You could do simple Google searches about what America has and is developing.  But you choose to lie.
