I created a forum one time, pretty much no one I asked to show showed up. All I got was these spammers with their viagra and their niche porn. I left their postings up and more of them came, many more!   
  
That non of the intended audience appreciated my vast intelligence wasn't going to stop me. I left some of the less criminally offensive spam, I cloned the forum DB and automatically "shadow" banned the spammers to the forum clone. There they could post what they liked and it was only visible for other like-minded individuals (spammers). The forum grew quickly, countless accounts happened and they all registered for the hidden forum using the hidden handshake (post spam) But also anon posts found the way by IP. I put a link tracker on all the spam and was astonished how many spam links spammers click, they are apparently always on the lookout for a new thing to promote. I then worried that it might land me in prison. Clearly this forum needed some kind of moderation. I looked at the tools and to my astonishment it allowed elevating unregistered users to admin level. Immediately I switched on this awesome feature. My ever growing fan base now clicked all the spam links AND THEN they deleted the posts until there was nothing left. MASSIVE click though rates, the average user viewed 100% of the postings, moderated everything then made a few new posts offering drugs and guns etc which was fine as the next user would be sure to show in 20 minutes or less. Early on I made some joke posts every other week and they would survive for days. No one replied but I'm sure they laughed.  
I left it running for a few years. Then someone started posting applications as data uri's spread out over hundreds of postings from many IP's. I laughed so hard... someone had ruined it. I press my big delete-all button but he was just too good and I deleted the website. In hindsight I should have promoted his accounts to a 3rd forum.
