Good counter ("You think justice and murder are the same?"). Justice and murder are not the same. The point I was trying to demonstrate is that cultural norms differ and must be taken into account. There are still cannibalistic tribes in Indonesia, or other places that "voluntarily" cut off female genitalia for example. And neither of those are instances of justice. Personally, I cannot fathom how "normal humans" can do that, and they probably look at us and wonder how we cannot. Does that mean that they are not without consciousness just because they do something most of us would view as unconscionable? No. It just means that they have different ethics/values and view the world differently. Just like your murderer without remorse views the world differently from those who could never imagine doing such a thing.
