David Carmichael, the father of Abigail Jordan, and I still communicate. Perhaps one day, I’ll have him post something or conduct a video interview on some of these matters. Abigail’s case succeeded because RFRA required the government to justify its passport-document rules, and the court found those rules were not the least restrictive means of achieving the government’s goal in her situation.
