No idea what they do. The backstory for this pussy worship is that their goddess Sati (aka Kamakhya) was killed in an incident and then God Shiva ran around the world with her dead body not knowing what to do with it. In the end he decided to cut her body to pieces and throw it from the sky so that he never sees her again. I know what it feels like after reading this but it's true.
