I usually make them up. Like chicken with cabbage. green onions, water chestnuts or celery. Dip it in wasabi sauce or horseradish. I cook the meat first then you don't have to steam them much. Here's a good site. https://www.allrecipes.com/best-potsticker-gyoza-and-dumpling-recipes-8650336

Nice I've been on a big cabbage kick the last year or so, it grows great where I live. Gonna go for 10 heads this year in the garden.
