I bought it just to have an escape from the city on weekends. It borders national forest and there is a lake nearby. All sand and easy to drive a well. Built a deer blind last fall to hunt right on the edge of the property. Composting toilet, solar, all the fun stuff. Rain for irrigation collected from the roofs of the outbuildings.
