Lol, bro, korea is literally split in 2 with US Military bases in half the country. The 1966 U.S.-ROK Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) grants U.S. military personnel primary jurisdiction for on-duty offenses and concurrent jurisdiction for off-duty crimes, often resulting in U.S. courts-martial rather than Korean trials. When an american soldier rapes a Korean woman in Korea the Korean government cant even punish the offender. What world are you living in?
