I think I'm going to eat half of a crow here. DOGE was circus and Musk got a lot of data but wether he's a Transhumanist a Technocrat or an Alien I think he tried and wanted the cuts. For the little I learned about Technocrats it does seem that that fits their ideology. Now not only is NED declaring victory, they are not even goung to disclose what organizations they give money too. Between the White House going to sleep on it and Congress disappearing after photo ops it's dead. 3 pcs below
