Personally or in general? Mobility might go a long way, we could make migration easier. Could do that for yourself too. Could make cities like harbors with people living on boats rather than in concrete blocks. If a place becomes undesirable people leave. Could also make people less dependent both collectively and personally. People could collectively own simple things, have some land and a collective agreement farm crops there. A small wind farm. A baker, a butcher. Life would get more expensive at first but it might be worth it.

It seems the psyop of convenience will not allow the many to choose the simple things. It seems those accustomed to power and control do not want us to own anything.
