Yeah I really like the idea. Glad matt brought it up. But I think the daily selfie thing can be kind of a turn off for a lot of people imo. When I have done diets and routines personally I don't find daily documentation necessary or helpful. Quite the opposite, and the slow improvements become depressing. However I can see how for some people that would be beneficial and the way to go. Cool to look back and have a daily progression after 75+ days.

Yea I think I'd do it just replace step 4 with something I felt was more useful to my motivation, or useful for my success. Or just useful for the objective, like making sure to drink 'x' amount of water daily cos I am terrible underhydrated compared to the reccomended daily water consumption, so I think making that an objective would be a nesscesary goal.

Yea that's my problem with it, cos if I don't see any noticeable progress which most people won't see for awhile, you may be discouraged, and some people already are so discouraged by their appearance that constantly making your appearance the focus could have the oppisite affect and cause peoole to stop because they aren't happy with what they're seeing

yeah thats a great point. As a devil's advocate though I think the rigorous adherence to a program is good for a lot of people who need that. Different things work for different folks.
