There could be more nails in you constitution, like, everyone who as much as suggests the above must be put to death immediately and that if those who should execute him must go to prison for life if they refuse. For example, Dutch law will have you imprisoned if you make a verbal attempt to make the king unfit for his duties. While the law exists no one goes to prison for questioning if we need a king. Also a great example is Wikipedia, tons of rules and guidelines, everyone ignores them if it doesn't fit their agenda. Numbers is all that counts. 30+ established editors are always right even if the accounts belong to a single person.
