I don't. That was the point of the post. I don't listen or believe anything they say. I've been in a journey listening to some of the most brilliant minds in health. It's been around an 8 year journey of trying different protocols & ideas. I had zero energy, my gut health was so bad I didn't even want to go out with friends from bloating and gas, and I was extremely anxious & couldn't sleep. Still working on correcting some of this, but most of it was solved through diet and supplements

You don't need to listen to brilliant people. Its quite simple taking care of yourself. Don't over think it to much. Eat eggs, meat and butter. Find a local person with chickens.
