Throwing mine out there, Eating a good breakfast to set your circadian rhythm. I often struggle with my sleep schedule and Eating a breakfast can help set your body up to stay on track. Within a day or two of routine breakfast, I find it much easier to sleep and get a solid 8 hours.

Hmm interesting. I usually eat 5-7 hours after I wake up. Lucky I sleep like a baby most of the time. Will try that if my sleep goes whacko again.

Yeah it's more so for getting back on track. Fasting and eating at a regular time is also helpful as you've naturally fallen into a rhythm. This can be a useful tip for people who work odd schedules or travel a lot.
