Satan, The Deceiver invites to evil, to disrespect God etc. #Bible Matthew 4:10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’” #Quran chp 34 ver 20-21 Satan found them readily fulfilling his expectations. They followed him, except a few believers. He never had any power over them. But we thus distinguish those who believe in the Hereafter from those who are doubtful about it. Your Lord is in full control of all things.

A parable comes to mind in which an old man was surrounded by demons while another only had one following him around. You’d think the man surrounded by demons is more evil than the man with only one. But perhaps it’s the man surrounded by demons whom it takes that many to go after him in order for them to have an effect. Meanwhile, the other man only needs one to get him to do their bidding. I see it everyday.

When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. #Quran chp 7 ver 27 O children of Adam, do not let the devil dupe you as he did when he caused the eviction of your parents from Paradise, and the removal of their garments to expose their bodies. He and his tribe see you, while you do not see them. We appoint the devils as companions of those who do not believe.
