A parable comes to mind in which an old man was surrounded by demons while another only had one following him around. You’d think the man surrounded by demons is more evil than the man with only one. But perhaps it’s the man surrounded by demons whom it takes that many to go after him in order for them to have an effect. Meanwhile, the other man only needs one to get him to do their bidding. I see it everyday.

No doubt. #Bible John 8:44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. #Quran chp 7 ver 27 O children of Adam, do not let the devil dupe you as he did when he caused the eviction of your parents from Paradise, and the removal of their garments to expose their bodies. He and his tribe see you, while you do not see them. We appoint the devils as companions of those who do not believe.
