Even if there was zero ballot fraud and not even a single ballot count mistake, democracy is still highjacked by information control and mass media brainwash. Democracy requires the People to be well informed to vote consequently. This requires open and as-much-as-possible-raw information about the government and about the people who pretend to act in your name. Since no one can follow the politicians all day (we want to manage our business and our family), the traditional way of staying informed is to go through journalists. But journalism has been corrupted by money. On all sides. The only way I see is really to create a new open, live-stream political movement that makes raw information available to everyone. Then, the corrupted journalists will really have their bias and false narratives under the spot. Many independent journalists will likely take over the mainstream. and a multitude of small biases ecosystem with a real free market for ideas will replace the brainwashing industrial machine.

Block chains been around for going on 20 years and we still can’t apply it to voting, probably the simplest fucking execution of such a technology. That alone is enough to underscore how fake and gay it all is.

The system can exist, but just look at how long it has taken everyone to get their drivers license updated to the new federal version. I think the deadline has been moved six times or something. getting large numbers of people to do anything in coordination requires massive marketing budgets.
