As a Catholic, I would love to see more non denoms leave and enter Eastern Orthodox. As in the Catholic view, they are the only other Christian religion that technically has a church. Besides the few differences that we hold with the Eastern Orthodox, we have many similarities and I love them as separated brothers. I attended Eastern Catholic Divine Liturgies when I can, as they are former Eastern Orthodox, but that have came into the fold of the Catholic Church. I greatly pleases me when I see protestants join as I know it means they’re that much closer for coming into the fulness and tradition of the faith.

I agree. The problem I always had with the Protestant theology in general is abandoning the tradition of the Church fathers, which should be a way to interpret the Scripture. That is why we have a plethora of different confessions and divisions; everyone interprets the scripture in their way. Mainline protestants, like Lutherans and Episcopalians, are even further away since they abandoned their confessions and now have LGBT+ pastors using lower textual criticism to conform their message to gender and identity politics and critical theory...
