i wouldn't call eating eggs a fast but there is a guy who was eating around 30 eggs a day for over 50 years and had no health problems when tested. i don't see how this could go wrong for you. except if this is the cleanest you've ever eaten in which case there is a high chance of you having oxalate dumping symptoms. you will feel awful in some sort of way and feel like you just can't go on... go eat something high in oxalates like spinach and if all the bad feels leaves you a couple hours later then it was 100% oxalate dumping. if that happens you just need to ease into a diet change like that way more slowly. and maybe drink tea to slow the oxalate dumping to something you can handle experiencing. good luck!

I haven't done one, but I've done a 3 day water fast (with coffee + heavy whipping cream). Did this when not feeling well, didn't need to break fast due to hunger or anything else, so it gets easier. Breaking the addictions to food and using food as an emotional outlet is key.

One of my big surprises/joys is not having the emotional baggage of what to eat. I mean the nostalgia connected to food is an emotional noose. Food is fundamentally for nutrition to be the men and women we ought to be at our best. Nostalgia and emotion are levers of control ultimately. Did you find the fasting fixing how you felt?
