Yeah.....if you only eat one meal a day.....and food choices are always limited....choose what food you enjoy the most. The problem is money. Good food is pretty expensive these days....and getting more and more difficult to find even then. As you mentioned, the farmers feeding grain to cows in winter....if that is the worst they do.....not so bad. But how about honey farms feeding their bees 'sugar' when needed? Or the antibiotics and steroids they inject into the animals...but never mention? The list is endless. We need farmers' markets where people 'know' each other. We know our practices....and expected outcomes. Would be nice. Peace.😇
